- If you purchase any test-series or service on the Website and decide you would like a refund, you must request it within 15 days of purchase, provided that you have not used the package or test-series in any way (i.e., you have not logged in, accessed the test, or consumed any of the content). After 15 days or once the package has been used, refunds will not be accepted.
- To request a refund, please send us an email at [insert support email] with your original transaction receipt or proof of payment. Once we verify your eligibility, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and process the refund accordingly.
- Please note that all content is delivered online in real-time, and once your access to the test-series or package begins (or you download/access any material), the purchase is considered ‘used’ and is non-refundable. Cancellations must be initiated before any access is granted.
- If you are approved for a refund, we will reimburse the amount through the original method of payment, subject to any payment gateway or bank charges that may apply (these may be non-refundable). The processing time for refunds may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- The Scholar Time reserves the right, at our discretion, to refuse or deny refund requests if the terms above are not met, including misuse of promotional offers or any violation of our Terms & Conditions.
